Well, of course we don't expect you guys to ever return our bags once you've seen them... they're great!!!

But seriously, if you do change you mind, or if there's a problem, just get in touch and you can post the bag back for a refund.

All we ask is that you pay the return postage and that the bag is in good, saleable condition when we get it xx

We use myHermes' 48 hour service and ship orders every day so as a rule of thumb definitely within a week...

We know a lot of people don't like myHermes, but to be honest they only fail to delivery about 0.3% (1 in every 300) of our bags... which is better than our experience with Royal Mail...

(sorry Royal Mail, don't hate us!!!!)

All our bags (except the mini lunch bags) are 31cm tall x 31cm wide and they open out really wide with a 23cm gusset so they'll carry loads of shopping, or they'll fit plenty of pressies in if you're using as a gift bag!!!

(that's 12" x 12" x 9" in old money x)

Oh yes!!!!

They're polypropelene lined to add an element of water resistance and we tested them with 15kg of weight in so we know they'll cope with all you shopping!!

Oh, and they've all got padded handed so they're super-comfy to hold too!! x

They're all made in India (where the majority of the world's jute is grown and processed), and we work really closely with our friend and partner RB.

All our bags are Vegan Friendly with Animal-Free Polypropylene Linings, Natural & Unbleached Jute, printed with AZO-Free Dyes, and Phthalate-Free.
