Shipping policy

We use myHermes' 48 hour service and ship orders every day so as a rule of thumb definitely within a week...

 We know a lot of people don't like myHermes, but to be honest they only fail to delivery about 0.3% (1 in every 300) of our bags... which is better than our experience with Royal Mail...

 (sorry Royal Mail, don't hate us!!!!)
